by apps/ccxt-symbols.ts in the cmt repo. Split out to keep generated blobs out
of the code repo.

The full 4.5.52 info snapshot is stored zstd-compressed (101 MB -> 3 MB);
slim per-version snapshots are stored raw. Decompress with: zstd -d <file>.zst
